Production & Scheduling Coordinator
JG Custom Cabinetry & Design is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Production & Scheduling Coordinator to help manage and coordinate our growing project pipeline.
This role is responsible for helping ensure projects are operationally prepared before they enter active installation flow.
This is not merely a scheduling role.
This position exists to:
- Prevent operational surprises before they happen.
- The right person will thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy coordinating people, timelines, logistics, communication, and project readiness.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain future installation schedules.
- Coordinate upcoming projects 2–8 weeks in advance.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling windows and project readiness.
- Coordinate installer availability and scheduling.
- Coordinate countertop template/install timing.
- Coordinate subcontractor timing and readiness.
- Verify cabinetry readiness and delivery timing.
- Verify hardware selections and inventory readiness.
- Coordinate homeowner readiness and project access information.
- Identify scheduling risks before they become operational problems.
- Work closely with operations, sales, design, installers, and subcontractors.

- Operations support.
Experience in cabinetry or remodeling is helpful but not required for the right person.
